Richard Rauckhorst describes how his company does everything in-house.

“We get raw material at one end of our building, we manufacture the nozzle, we drill the nozzle, and we ship it out the other end of the building,” he says.

Because of that, Arthur Products can develop nozzles that provide specific solutions for customers, such as an incident from a few years ago in which Rauckhorst says a customer needed a nozzle that could retrieve an inspection camera stuck down pipe.
