Proper process flow meter sizing and installation is required to maintain the manufacturers flowmeter accuracy specifications. This course will provide a review of accuracy vs. repeatability terminology including ideal vs. installed accuracy, piping straight run considerations including the different types of flow disturbances and their effects on accuracy, calibration of meters in air or actual gas, and the options available to eliminate accuracy issues in the process flow measurement.
