Moving Down the Street: A Look at the Rhinelander Downtown Streetscape Project

The Downtown Streetscape Project in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, has progressed steadily this summer as crews remove the combined sewer and install new storm and sanitary sewer throughout the downtown area of this northern Wisconsin city.
