Speed up curing time and increase productivity with Perma-Liner's Viper Steam Cure system.

The system provides a user friendly approach to curing inverted Perma-Main CIPP Liners. The Viper system is portable and uses minimum water to create dry steam that is introduced into the inverted Perma-Main CIPP Liner. The portable Viper eliminates the need for boiler trucks and hot-water recirculation pumps to increase water temperature.

The Viper dry steam process uses less water and produces sufficient steam to cure 500 feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP Perma-Main liners in less than 90 minutes.

For example, a typical heat curing process requires a specialized boiler truck and enough water to fill the entire pipe, plus the circulation process. One foot of an 8-inch diameter pipe requires 2.6 gallons of water to fill and hold the liner in place during the inversion and heat curing processes. The Perma-Liner Viper steam cure system is portable and uses less than 30 percent of the water needed for a hot-water heat cure process.
