The Super Products Camel Combination Sewer Cleaner is a versatile combo unit. The product line comes in a variety of configurations for operator convenience with 9- or 12-yard debris capacity, dump or tilt-ejection unloading, wastewater recycling option, hydroexcavation option, and several other optional features.
The 2021 editions of the Camel Max Series trucks have an optional pusher axle for both the 900 and 1200 models. The pusher axle allows for increased legal payload. Additionally, all Camel 1200 models will come standard as a high-dump configuration. The subframe and splash shields were redesigned in order to create this as standard.
When combining the high-dump configuration with the tilt-ejection unloading, operators now have the only controlled way to dump into a 48-inch container without the need of additional containment products.
MAXIMUM SAFETY
Safety is one of Super Products core values, therefore, every machine is designed with operator safety in mind. The Max Series comes standard with a plethora of safety features, such as tailgate props, visual and audio alarms, emergency stop switches, interlocks and tie-offs. Additionally, the tilt-ejection unloading feature is a safer way to dump debris.
MAXIMUM RELIABILITY
The Max Series was designed to withstand the harshest environments and applications. The electrical system was built with industrial-grade material to protect the wires and harnesses. The extreme heavy-duty transfer case and hydraulic system cooling process allow for the trucks to work continuously without overheating.
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
The 2021 edition comes standard with a variety of features to increase onsite performance. The front-mounted hose reel is highly accommodating with 1,000 feet of 1-inch-diameter sewer hose, 270-degree rotation and a digital monitor. The monitor displays a hose footage count, offers 20 saved settings for hose reel payout, has the ability to run the water pump with or without the vacuum, and is designed with LED panel lights to enable readability in multiple environments.
Additional options offered with the Camel Max Series add to increased performance capabilities. The optional wireless remote controls a variety of functions, allowing an operator to be directly at the operation site. The optional Acculevel is an innovative radar debris body level sensor that shows the true debris level of liquid and/or solids.
The optional wastewater recycling system enables operators to clean sewers without the use of freshwater. It’s capable of cleaning nearly 3,000 feet of sewer pipe per day and saving 60,000 gallons of water per week. The optional hydroexcavation package allows operators to clean sewer lines or vacuum catch basins in the morning and unearth utility lines in the afternoon.
