The Valve-Out tool is a zero-gap flange spreader, which allows you to spread flat-faced flanges where there is no gap. When used with the included (12-inch in standard kit) spacer bar segments you can span across valves or meters to replace them safely, quickly and easily in the field. The Valve-Out tool helps you create the ¼- or ½-inch space needed to swap flanged valves or meters in compressed piping and reinstall the gaskets in a fraction of the time or effort.
