Legacy Building Solutions received the Merit Award from the Design-Build Association – Upper Midwest Region for the IEI Barge Services project. The building measures 63,020 square feet and is located on the banks of the Mississippi River in East Dubuque, Illinois. The Merit Award is given for following the principles of design/build construction and finding innovative solutions for project challenges.
